Why I joined:
I was working for another company that happened to be working on a project with Washington Division and I was impressed by the quality and professionalism of Washington Division's work. Washington Division later offered me a job and I jumped at the chance.
Why I've stayed:
I have stayed with Washington Division for several reasons: the great personal and professional coaching I have received from day one, the outstanding people I have worked for and with, the professional development opportunities and, last but not least, the challenging project opportunities I have been invited to participate in.
What I do:
I am currently the Marketing and Planning Manager for the Oil, Gas and Chemicals group within the Industrial Process division. I began my career in the automotive group where I held various positions in field engineering, project controls, field supervision, project management and business development.
During my time here, I have been able focus on my career skills by attending an Executive Education Program at Stanford University, earning my Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and taking part in other development activities too numerous to mention. |
