Why I joined:
I wanted to work in an environment where engineering was the focus, not a support function. I also wanted to work on big projects which required more responsibility and more creativity.
Why I've stayed:
The odds of finding a better situation in which to work are slim, or non-existent. Every project is different; there are no cookie cutter approaches. You have to truly apply what you know each and every time, so you’re never bored.
What I do:
I serve a dual role as the lead mechanical and project engineer at the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Disposal Plant Project.
You are honestly evaluated on your ability to perform, and there’s so much work that no one “sits on the bench” for very long. |
