Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
At an oil refinery in Delaware City, Delaware, Washington Division pioneered the concept of outsourced, single-source industrial process maintenance in 1956. Nearly 50 years later we are still providing services for Motiva, the refinery's current owner including:
- State-of-the-art plant maintenance
- Shutdown/turnaround services
- Data management
- Training
Continuing this tradition that began in Delaware City, Washington Division has placed more than 10,000 craft workers—union, non-union, and merit shop—on continuous assignments at more than 75 U.S. industrial sites and a growing number of international locations. Our managers and craft personnel provide full and supplemental:
- Contract operation & maintenance (O&M) services
- Intermittent shutdown support and consulting services
Reliability Centered Maintenance Approach
An integral part of our maintenance philosophy is the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach.
RCM is a systematic approach, applying effective preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to plant equipment based on its significance in the production process.
Through the RCM process, plants operate for longer times under safer conditions resulting in increased capacity and decreased capital expenditures.
