We offer a single point of responsibility for program and project management. Our approach to program management is to recognize and respond to challenges of the Owner’s program and overcome them in the most effective and economic manner.
- We have built our reputation on delivering well-managed projects. We recognize the challenge of organizing and assembling resources to design and construct complex facilities on a fast-track schedule while at the same time controlling and/or reducing overall construction and operating costs.
- We integrate our program management staff directly with the Owner’s representatives and staff.
- We are experienced in managing the development of a concept, idea, or design into a program management plan.
- As program manager, we develop policies and procedures, as well as baseline information for control systems.
