Caterpillar Global Facilities Services
Since 1997, Washington Division has been providing complete facility
management services (FM) in support of the Caterpillar headquarters in Peoria,
IL. Today, under a "Master Global Facilities Services Agreement," we perform FM services at 13 Caterpillar sites worldwide. more

Food & Beverage Industry Alliances
Our relationship with Anheuser-Busch, which spans more than 40 years, over 200 separate contracts, and in-place constructed value in excess of $4 billion, makes us the foremost designer and builder of breweries in the world. Our long -term clients include Kraft and General Mills/Pillsbury.

General Motors
We have worked continuously for GM since 1977 on more plants than any other contractor. In 2003, GM awarded us our fourth Q.S.P. (Quality, Service, Price) Award. Currently we are providing our services at over 40 GM sites in the US and abroad. In the Spring of 2003 when a tornado slammed into a GM's assembly plant in Oklahoma, GM officials called Washington Division and, pulling top project talent from all six of our business units almost overnight, the job of restoring the facility that should have taken six months took seven weeks to complete.
Monsanto Facilities Maintenance
We provide complete facilities management services in support of Monsanto’s world headquarters and research complex in St. Louis, Missouri. more

Pfizer Alliance
Under a formal alliance contract, Washington Division serves Pfizer in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. In Kalamazoo, Michigan, we are on-site providing general engineering services for numerous facilities modification projects. In Puerto Rico we recently converted existing facilities to the production of medication. Other work includes a $100-million Aseptic Processing Line (APN Project) at Kalamazoo, and an on-site, multiple-small-projects alliance with Pfizer in Terre Haut, Indiana.
Saturn Assembly Plant

Tektronix Facilities Management
We have been providing a full range of facilities management services at Tektronix’ manufacturing complex in Beaverton, Oregon since 1994. At this 22-building, 1.7-million-square-foot facility, Tektronix produces measurement and color printing equipment and video systems. The scope of our services includes the maintenance of utility systems, building alterations, painting, minor repairs, reprographics, food, mail room, custodial support, and utilities systems engineering, as well as program administration.
