Project Overview

We prepared conceptual designs, cost estimates, and an ITT Package for a 150 MMSCFD gas processing and 50,000-bbdl/d oil production facility on Sakhalin Island.

We also, provided project management and integration services including detailed design, regulatory and procurement support to integrate the Interim Processing Facilities with permanent Sakhalin 1 infrastructure including oil and gas production wells, gas and oil pipelines, and custody transfer meter stations.

Modular plant design was utilized to minimize field labor and shorten schedule

Highlights & Accomplishments:

This project is a prime example of our experience in preparation of ITT packages for work in Russia.  We played a key role in the successful implementation and ongoing realization of regulatory approvals and permits for the Interim Processing Project.

Our role as Integration Contractor included detailed design for civil work, foundations and all integration systems in accordance with Russian’s codes and standards. In addition, we provided procurement support, design oversight of the modular equipment vendor, and gas pipeline design by a Russian design institute.
